Das Folkloreensemble „Tamburica Uzlop“ wurde im Jahr 1962 gegründet und erlangte durch TV-Auftritte und internationale Tourneen große Bekanntheit und Beliebtheit. In Oslip, kroatisch „Uzlop“, der Heimatgemeinde des Ensembles, spricht die Mehrheit der Ortsbevölkerung neben Deutsch auch Burgenländisch-Kroatisch, die alte Sprache der Kroaten, die im 16. Jahrhundert ins damalige Westungarn eingewandert sind.
